RECO-CT5: The new grinding centre

Its concept lays the strategic foundations for our future machines.

 

Starting with a blank page, the major challenge facing our R&D department was tooptimise the performance of our new machines, with a focus on energy efficiency in all its forms.


These advances have resulted in the new RECO-CT5 grinding and finishing centre :
— Ultra-compact: floor area of 1.77 m2
— Eco-responsible: reduced compressed air, lubrication fluid and energy requirements
— 5-axis kinematics for grinding complex parts
— Compact loader: 8-16 HSK-A40 tools
— ...


🔎 In a nutshell : space savings, a fast-growing productivity/energy ratio and a production tool perfectly matched to the parts to be produced.
